Your accommodation and services are available to you on the day of arrival
from 2 p.m. and on the day of departure until 10 a.m.
If you arrive after 7:00 p.m., we kindly ask you to
contact the team by phone or to inform them in advance by e-mail.
When a reservation is made, it is deemed to be binding on the date of the reservation, every change and additional visitors are treated as an independent booking and charged separately; furthermore, all booked services are not transferable to third parties.
When completing your reservation, a deposit of 20% is due 3 months before the date of arrival. Payment by credit card or bank transfer. (Sparkasse Ellmau, IBAN: AT10 20506 00400003505, BIC: SPKUAT22)
Payment on account is not possible in our house. You are welcome to pay on site by credit card, debit card or cash.
-up to 3 months before arrival no cancellation fee
- up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total arrangement price
- up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total arrangement price
- in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total arrangement price
-on the day of arrival 100% of the total arrangement price
Please understand that in the event of early departure or late arrival, the full room rate will be charged. It is therefore advisable to take out travel cancellation protection from Europäische Reiseversicherung.
Summer 2021
valid from May 8th, 2021 to November 2nd, 2021
- up to 2 weeks before your day of arrival no cancellation fee
-up to 3 days before your day of arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the arrangement price
-Afterwards 100% of the total arrangement price
In order to avoid costs, book your "private guardian angel" - the Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance - at the same time! The reservations department will be happy to make an insurance for you! Loyalty pays off. Those who come to the Hotel Leitenhof more than once will be amply rewarded.
For each stay, 1% is deducted from the total price, so returners have the golden ticket. (The percentages are taken into account in the pre- and post-season, maximum 15%)
Accommodation prices are per person and night including the Leitenhof Verwöhnpension and are exclusive of the tourist tax (€ 2.50 per person and day from the age of 15)
If you only want to book your stay with breakfast, you can deduct € 10.00 per person and day from the overnight price
Please note that these prices apply to a minimum stay of 3 nights. The surcharge for a short stay is € 15.00 per person per day
The single room surcharge is 50% of the stated room rate
Chalets
From a minimum of 3 full-paying guests with a maximum of 5 people or at least 4 full-paying guests with a maximum of 6 people, the discount applies as follows:
Children from 0 to 4 years € 35,00 per day,
Children from 5 to 11 years of age € 45.00 per day and
Children from 12 to 14 years € 65.00 per day.
Royal and Superior Chalet
If there are two or more fully paying guests per Royal Chalet, the discount applies to children.
Children from 0 to 4 years receive a discount of 80%,
Children from 5 to 11 years receive a 40% discount
and children from 12 to 14 years receive a 30% discount.
No discounts for children are possible in the luxury chalets.
Suites
The discount applies to children from two full paying guests per suite.
The price for children from 0 to 4 years is € 35.00 per day,
for children from 5 to 11 years is € 45.00 per day
and for children from 12 to 14 years € 65.00 per day.
Chalets
From at least 3 full paying guests with a maximum of 5 people (low season always at least 3 full paying guests) or at least 4 full payers with a maximum of 6 people (high season always at least 4 full payers) the discount applies as follows:
Children from 0 to 4 years receive a discount of 80%,
Children from 5 to 11 years receive a 40% discount
and children from 12 to 14 years receive a 30% discount.
Suites and Royal Chalets
From two full paying guests per suite / royal chalet, the discount applies to children.
Children from 0 to 4 years receive a discount of 80%,
Children from 5 to 11 years receive a 40% discount
and children from 12 to 14 years receive a 30% discount.
No discounts for children are possible in the luxury chalets.
Dogs are welcome at Hotel Leitenhof. You are welcome to check in with your four-legged friend in the chalets as well as the royal and luxury chalets and in our Kaiser Suites. Price per dog and day is € 35.00 without food, plus € 80.00 final cleaning.
Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant area.
You are welcome to reserve a covered parking space when booking, this will be charged at € 5.00 per day. Free parking spaces are available.
Guests aged 16 and over are welcome in the spa and wellness area.
